Tom Sullivan, Marketing Executive - Chair of Strategic Advisory Board

Mr. Sullivan is the owner and CEO of Princeton Partners, a nationally-honored brand marketing and digital advertising agency. He grew Princeton Partners from a retail creative boutique with nine employees to a 45 person integrated marketing agency serving national and international clients before purchasing the firm in 2001. It has been honored as one of the nation's top B2B agencies each of the last six years. Mr. Sullivan has also played a key role in several start-ups and turnarounds. In 2000, he was a founding board member and wrote the business plan that resulted in the successful financing and launch of dotphoto.com. In 2003, he developed the brand and marketing strategy for Dome-Tech Solar which was sold to Turner Renewable Energies. Mr. Sullivan developed the strategy that led to the creation of a $100 million business for long term client Yale Materials Handling. He also played a key role in the repositioning of Greenfield Online which was sold to Microsoft realizing a 400% return for shareholders.

Mr. Sullivan has served four New Jersey governors in various consulting and advisory roles. For Governor Whitman, he created and executed the business plan that leveraged $150,000 in seed capital and also played a lead role raising over $8 million in corporate contributions to support economic development efforts. As Chairman of the Board of Special Olympics, Mr. Sullivan raised the first $1 million for a $10 million Sports Complex in Lawrenceville NJ which created programs that are now in use around the world.

During his 30 year career in marketing, Mr. Sullivan has contributed strategic and creative solutions for some the world's greatest brands including Sherwin Williams, Sears, DuPont, The Wall Street Journal, GE, AT&T, Philips and PNC Bank. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the School of Business at the College of NJ.

Steve Kietz, Innovative Leader & Bank Executive - Strategic Advisory Board

Mr. Kietz has expertise in leading growth ventures with a focus on innovation and flawless operational management. His management experience includes traditional retail banking, all aspects of credit card marketing, internet banking, and mobile software creation and distribution. In 2009, Mr. Kietz founded Woodbury Advisors, LLC, a strategic consulting firm focused on the financial services industry and financial technology start-ups. Before this, Mr. Kietz was an Executive Vice President in Growth Ventures and Innovation for Citigroup, where he launched many new products, including a full-service Internet Bank for Citibank Direct and CitiMobile. He managed development teams, grew Citi's customer base, and delivered overall profitability. Prior to rejoining Citi, Mr. Kietz was Director of New Customer Acquisitions at JP Morgan/Chase Card Services from 2000-2006. Before moving to Chase, he drove and executed strategic sales, marketing programs and strategic alliances on behalf of Citi Cards, OgilvyOne Worldwide and Saatchi and Saatchi Direct.

Mr. Kietz has a BA from State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA from Baruch College. In 2008, Bank Systems and Technology named him to its Elite 8-most innovative bankers in the US. Mr. Kietz is a Vice President and Board Member at the Dysautonomia Foundation and has served that charity since 1992.

Ned Hentz, Marketing & Business Executive - Strategic Advisory Board Member

Mr. Hentz is the Chief Creative Officer of Midawi Holdings Incorporated (MHI) and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business. Throughout his career, he has spent more than 20 years working closely with his father-in-law Lee Iacocca on a variety of projects, including the Olivio Premium Products, which markets and distributes a line of healthy food products featuring olive oil as a key ingredient. Mr. Hentz is currently the President and CEO of Olivio Premium Products.

Before joining Olivio, Mr. Hentz worked for BBDO in New York City as an advertising copywriter for consumer products such as Pepsi, Polaroid and various other multinational brands. He has also worked as a copyrighter at firms such as McCann-Erikson in Los Angeles and Jordan, Case & McGrath in New York. Mr. Hentz began his career as a speechwriter for the Chairman of Dun and Bradstreet.

In addition to his experience within the marketing industry, Mr. Hentz served as the founder and CEO of Allowance-plus (acquired by DoughMain in 2012), a software and mobile app company that helps families teach their children about money. He also served as the Chairman of the Nutrition Roundtable at the Harvard University School of Public Health and Nutrition for ten years and is active on several other boards and trade associations.

Mr. Hentz graduated with honors from Middlebury College and attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

Bob Garcia Robert Garcia, Telecommunications Industry Executive - Strategic Advisory Board Member

Mr. Garcia currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, a leading provider of e-commerce transaction management solutions for the telecommunications industry, and has been with the company since August 2000. With over 15 years of experience managing complex Product Management and Service Delivery programs for multiple vertical industries, Mr. Garcia manages Service Fulfillment and Customer Satisfaction, and ensures that all processes are handled in an automated environment, in the fastest amount of time, at an industry-leading unit cost. As COO, Mr. Garcia has responsibility for Revenue Attainment, Profit and Loss, Global Operations and the on-time delivery of the company's flagship products and services to its clients.

Prior to joining Synchronoss, Mr. Garcia was a Senior Business Consultant with Vertek Corporation based in Murray Hill, NJ, and also held senior management positions at Philips Lighting Company and Johnson & Johnson Company. Mr. Garcia received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Logistics and Economics from St. John's University in New York.

David Nakamura David Nakamura, Marketing & Business Executive - Strategic Advisory Board Member

David Nakamura is a founding partner of the pharmaceutical advertising agency Natrel Communications. He began his health care industry career on the corporate side, as a pharmaceutical sales representative, sales manager, market researcher, and product manager. Before founding Natrel, he was a partner and director of client services at several other pharmaceutical agencies. In addition to his current position, David is a private equity investor in a number of small start-up companies and a member of the Board of Trustees at the P.G. Chambers School.

Clifford Hall, Operations & Marketing Executive - Strategic Advisory Board Member

Mr. Hall serves as CEO of All-Clad Metalcrafters having recently moved from Focus Products Group, a Sterling Partners Portfolio Company, where he was CEO and Board Member. Sterling Partners based in Northbrook Illinois, is a Private Equity Company with $4 Billion of capital under management. Prior to joining Sterling Partners, Mr. Hall was Chief Operating Officer at Timex Corporation, a privately held company, where he achieved improvements in all major financial targets while expanding operations through acquisitions. He also served as CMO at American Standard's Trane Commercial Systems division where his responsibilities included developing and implementing a new business strategy that led to significant sales and profit growth.

Mr. Hall's earlier roles include Corporate VP and GM of Consumer Imaging at Polaroid Corporation, and GM of the Consumer Division at Black & Decker Corporation. In the latter position, he was responsible for developing and launching Black & Decker's line of cordless power tools including the original cordless screwdriver. He holds an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and is on the Board of the USA Swimming Foundation.

Bob Curry, Banking, Finance/Business Development Executive - Strategic Advisory Board

Mr. Curry is Executive Vice President and Managing Director for credit card and unsecured loan portfolio acquisition activities for The Kessler Group, including business development and client management. He has been with the Boston-based Kessler Group for eleven years and has completed over $30 billion in portfolio acquisitions and created over 200 strategic partnerships. Prior to Mr. Curry's current position, he served as the Director of Business Development for Citi's E-Consumer Group and as SVP of M&A in the Citi Global Cards Group. Mr. Curry's clients include top global and regional financial institutions, insurance firms and professional organizations. Mr. Curry is an accomplished and recognized consumer lending valuation expert.

Mr. Curry's prior roles include Managing Director, Business Development with KeySpan Energy. Mr. Curry holds a BE and ME in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and MBA in Finance from Long Island University.

Rick Alessandri, Communications & Operations Executive - Strategic Advisory Board

Mr. Alessandri has served as senior vice president of ESPN's X Games Franchise since 2007, and is responsible for managing the global X Games franchise, including the two U.S. X Games events and developing new business initiatives to grow the X Games brand. In 2006, he was named Senior Vice President of ESPN Consumer Products, overseeing operations for ESPN Home Entertainment & Branded Experiences, Licensing, and Direct Businesses. In this role, Mr. Alessandri was responsible for launching several new ESPN-branded businesses including ESPN HD, ESPN Total Access VISA card and ESPN Golf & Racing Schools. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, ESPN Enterprises and also VP, Assistant to the President for ESPN where he worked on a variety of strategic initiatives, including handling third-party sales of SportsTicker, and overseeing ESPN's entrance into wireless business initiatives.

Prior to 2000, Mr. Alessandri was Vice President and General Manager of SportsTicker. As GM, his focus was on expanding the SportsTicker brand globally, along with day-to-day operations and management. Mr. Alessandri started his career at SportsTicker in 1982 as a sports reporter. Mr. Alessandri earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Fordham University in New York.

Sam Kamdar, Finance & Operations Executive - Strategic Advisory Board

Mr. Kamdar is an executive who combines international experience with broad strengths in Operations and Financial management. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at American Standard where he had responsibility for a $1 billion business. Previously at American Standard, Mr. Kamdar was Vice President & General Manager of the $500 million Chinaware Division, the largest in the company with 20 facilities in 10 countries. In that role, he led the company to the industry leader position in product performance, including winning Consumer Reports' "#1 Product in its Category". Mr. Kamdar initially joined the Chinaware Division as Chief Financial Officer and also held roles at the Corporate level working closely with the CEO, CFO, Investor Relations and Business Development. Before joining American Standard, he was the Senior Sales & Marketing Finance Manager at Schering-Plough HealthCare Products, serving as the finance partner on an $800 million marketing team.

Mr. Kamdar began his career as a CPA in public accounting and afterwards held roles at Nestle and Ocean Spray Cranberries. Mr. Kamdar's educational background includes a degree in Accounting from Rutgers and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Boston College.

Adam Perlow, Technology Sector Executive - Strategic Advisory Board Member

Mr. Perlow serves as CEO of OrderPad Software, Inc., a company he co-founded in 2008. OrderPad Software creates software products that enable lotteries to improve their success by helping them to increase sales and operate more efficiently and effectively. Currently, more than one third of U.S. lotteries use OrderPad's solutions to drive over $28 billion in sales.

Prior to founding OrderPad, Mr. Perlow served as Vice President, Technology at Cole Systems Associates, Inc. Cole Systems is one of New York's leading technology solution providers and a Microsoft Business Solutions Gold Partner. During his 14 year tenure at Cole, his responsibilities included leading the Networking Technologies and Business Applications consulting practices. While there he also led some of Cole's largest projects including a merchandise fulfillment system for the American Express Rewards program and building a web platform for Continental Airline's Miles for Merchandise program. Mr. Perlow graduated from The University of Hartford with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

David Berry, Senior-Level IT Executive - Strategic Advisory Board

Mr. Berry has spent the past 20+ years developing large complex transactional systems for the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and financial industries. His history includes guiding start-ups through their IT/Systems strategy creation and development, and his most recent success is Synchronoss Technologies, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer from its inception to post-IPO. While there, Mr. Berry built an extensive on-shore and off-shore R&D organization to support the company's telecommunication clients.

Mr. Berry currently serves as the Principal in Exaxis, LLC providing IT executive leadership to a range of domestic and international clients in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Berry received a Master of Arts in Corporate and Public Communication from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fairfield University.
